Phone Calls

As much as we would love to chat with you, we unfortunately cannot take phone calls on at the moment. We are inundated with enquiries, so it is extremely hard to keep track. We need everything in writing to look back onto when required. Email is the best method of contact for us. However, if you would like to meet, you can schedule an appointment with us and visit us in our office located in Laverton North, VIC 3026.

Admin Hours

We aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible. However please note that we are away on weekends shooting beautiful events. We often get mid-week bookings too, so please allow some time for us to get back to you. We usually respond within 1-4 business days. It can take a little longer as we are in our busiest season. Thank you for your patience.

Studio Location

We are located in Laverton North, VIC 3026. Travel for park/beach sessions will be calculated from Harkness, VIC 3337.

COVID-19

As of 12 February 2021

In response to COVID-19, we've dropped our booking fee to 25% from 50%.

Cancellations due to COVID-19 or anything of similar nature/act of God will entitle you to a rescheduled session date for Couples Session Bookings. No refunds will be given on the booking fee. If you prefer to cancel, you agree that your booking fee is forfeited.

Please keep this in mind before proceeding with your enquiry.

Public Holidays

Please note, we are not working on public holidays. If your date falls on a public holiday, we are more than happy to shoot your session, however there is a 10% surcharge.
